A strong and powerful debut from this Australian-born artist, Mind Frame showcases Meredith Louise's trademark sound, colourful arrangements and thought-provoking lyrics that takes the listener on a journey into the human condition. Intrigued by stories and the common threads that weave us together, she writes songs inspired by people, places and landscapes.

Mind Frame serves as a reminder that we can change our perspective at any time. In this world of noise, uncertainty and chaos, it's easy to feel pushed off course into anxiety and fear. But if we go within, the pathways to freedom, connection and joy can be found. Meredith reminds the listener that by stepping into the light and owning our power, we can find our way back to our truth.
